Concept Car Ford Mustang Boss 302
Ford Mustang, Ford has revealed their new Mustang Boss 302 in efforts to bring even more excitement to the brand. The new Boss 302 package takes the Mustang to new heights featuring a 440 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque 5.0-liter V8. The 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 was already a heavy-hitter with 412hp. To get 440hp in the Boss 302 they re-worked the intake and exhaust system. A new upgraded clutch and 3.73 rear end lays all that power down through an optional limited-slip differential.
For better handling in the Boss 302 you will find stiffer springs and adjustable shocks. Pirelli PZero tires wrap the 19-inch wheels while braking is provided by no other than the Brembo brakes featuring 14-inch rotors.
A Boss 302 Laguna Seca model will be offered to lighten up the car by deleting the rear seats, adding lightweight wheels, R-Compound tires, front splitter and rear wing. Recaro seats are also offered as an option.
