Lexus ES 350 is fiveth generation, continues to blur the line between “entry luxury” and “prestige luxury.” Revision lights, new grille, new grille surround, chrome body side molding and a new front bumper with revised lower intake and integrated fog lights underline the character of fine cars. Side mirrors now feature integrated turn signals and tail lamps, redesigned. New standard rear seat side airbags to bring the number of airbags in the ES 350 to 10.

ES 350′s aluminum 3.5-liter V6 produces 272 horsepower at 6200 rpm and 254 lb.-ft. peak torque at 4700 rpm. The chain-driven camshafts using the Dual Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (Dual VVT-i) for optimal performance and efficiency at all engine speeds.
Six-speed automatic electronically controlled transmission with intelligence (ECT-i) provides manual sequential shift feature to get more involved driving experience when desired. The shift to adjust the strategy to include drivers, with kick-down quick response.
ES 350 owes smooth, quiet ride in the most rigid unibody structure that allows for four-wheel independent suspension tuned to deliver responsive handling agility and ultra-smooth ride quality. The low 0.28 coefficient of drag (Cd) helps to minimize wind noise while also helping to maximize highway fuel efficiency. Standard 17 x 7-inch aluminum alloy wheels with new design split five-spoke carry 215/55R17 tires all season. A full-size wheel parts / tires available.
Vehicle Standard Stability Control (VSC) with traction control system integrates the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA) security feature. A new VSC cut-off switch for 2010 is useful if we need to release the car from deep snow or other difficult conditions, like mud or sand.
Safety / Security Features Lexus 2010, A reinforced front and rear-passenger compartment structure forms the foundation for passive safety in the ES 350. In addition to the advanced front airbags, dual-stage front seat airbags and side, additional Lexus Control System includes rear seat-mounted side air bags (previously optional, now standard), side-curtain airbags that extend from A-pillar to C-pillar and the airbag knee for both driver and front passenger, for a total of 10 airbags throughout the cabin.
Optional Pre-Collision System (PCS) can help reduce collision damage. Package includes Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, which uses millimeter-wave radar to measure and help maintain a predetermined distance from the vehicle traveling in front. Multi-information display within the combination meter icon will display a car with the following distance is selected.
If, based on various inputs, PCS determines that a collision is unavoidable, the system preemptively pulled the front seatbelts and pre-initializes BA thus increasing the braking will be applied the instant the driver pressing the pedal. Active braking can automatically apply the brakes to slow down the level of 0.3 g if the driver fails to react to system warnings.
The optional dual-swivel Adaptive Front Lighting System Lexus (AFS) helps illuminate a turn or curve as the driver drive into it. A medium to high speed mode (over 19 mph) allows both right and left front headlamp bulbs to swivel toward the direction of the bend at the same time.

SmartAccess keyless entry system and push-to-start ignition allows drivers enter and start the car without the need to remove the access fob from pocket or purse. Standard HomeLink ® transmitter can control compatible garage door opener and home-security devices.
Leisure details abound throughout the ES 350, including illuminated cup holders front and interior lighting systems. Using the Lexus system features a new memory, the driver can present a lot of tailors vehicle preferences, including lights, power windows and moonroof, steering wheel, and lock the door control.
Standard Lexus Premium Audio system includes a dash-in, six-disc CD changer, automatic sound Levelizer and integrated satellite radio receiver (subscription 90-day free trial included). Safety Connect, the cornerstone of the service, available in both navigational and non-navigation-equipped ES 350 and offers safety and security of four features: Automatic Collision Notification, Stolen Vehicle Location, Emergency Button (SOS), and Enhanced Roadside Assistance, which adds data GPS is included into the Lexus service-based warranty roadside.
Lexus Enform, only available on vehicles equipped with navigation, including all the safety features of Connect and build upon them with a premium service and eDestination Helping purpose. Destination Assist agents devices available through the board-on providers and can help drivers get a certain address, business name or business type (eg, gas stations, movie theaters, etc.), and even Zagat ®-rated restaurant, and then sends the coordinates to navigation system for routing. With eDestination, drivers can go online through LexusDrivers.com to store and sort the destinations in up to 20 folders, each holding as many as 10 destinations. Then the driver can send up to 200 locations in time for their vehicles, where they will be available for download to the navigation system. Online, drivers can make a personalized location names (for example, “Favorite sushi,” “1:00 appt,” “Kids ‘doc’,” etc.) and even a list of notes about the location they are saved, all to help them see exactly the information they choose in the vehicle.
Lexus Insider ™, a free, opt-in service is also available without subscription on all vehicles equipped with Lexus-Enform. This feature offers in-vehicle audio casts that provide access to vehicle owners of useful tips and event information, and insight into the benefits of exclusive owners’ – all designed to further enhance the Lexus experience.
Enform vehicle manufacturer Lexus is ready for XM subscribers to a variety of innovative services. Integrated XM ® satellite radio is standard. In addition, Lexus vehicles feature XM NavTraffic Enform and NavWeather XM ® ™ service. XM NavTraffic informs drivers current traffic conditions by displaying real-time traffic. When problems are detected traffic navigation system alerts the driver so that routes can be adjusted. XM NavWeather provides close conditions in real-time weather and forecasts for the oral and nav-screen, whether based on official data from the National Weather Service.
Lexus Enform also provides a platform for XM Sports ® and Inventory, the new features in a vehicle in sports and stock so that drivers can stay connected with their favorite teams and investing data while on the road. XM Sports provide match results and schedule up to five selected private sports league national team while XM shares of supply data up to 10 personally selected stocks. After entering their option, drivers can access the reports by both the navigation system, or by using a voice command system, adding new levels of flexibility.
